I am a recovering alcoholic and managed to beat my addiction to alcohol after three decades of heavy drinking. I was never one of those lucky people who could only drink socially and I was never able to admit that I had a problem. My relationships with people and my work suffered intensely, I would spend every day in an alcoholic haze and the worst thing was that I didn't give a damn.

I gave up drinking six months ago when I finally realised I'd been in denial. I had a choice, I could either give up drinking or watch everything of value slip away and I did it!

I found quitting alcohol was not quite as bad as I'd imagined, the biggest obstacle I encountered was finding help that was suitable for me. I tried AA and that didn't work out, because I was looking for a solution that would put me in control of my addiction and allow me to reclaim my power and self respect.

I have been off of the booze for six months now and can quite happily be around alcohol and not be tempted, it was a very different story a while ago.

Using some very simple techniques and tools I managed to turn my life around and it's now better than I could ever have imagined and I really want to share the things I've learned with fellow alcoholics.

I have a free 20 minute MP3 available for download, it uses brain entrainment to remove the cravings of addiction and will relax and give you a feeling of contentment.I also have a forum where you can meet fellow alcoholics and share your experiences and support each other.

You may find my techniques are very simple to apply and do not require you to turn to religion or to part with any money. Giving up alcohol could be the best decision you could ever make and I am here to help you every step of the way.
