If you are already thin, doing too much cardio workouts will have an adverse effect since it might burn the nutrients you need to build muscles. Sleeping is also very important because it balances out your body and you tend to absorb more of the nutrients you need. In any case, getting enough sleep is ALWAYS important. Just follow these and you’ll be like Justin Timberlake shirtless and getting all the chicks in no time.
