In bodybuilding, the best of all the body types to possess is that of the mesomorph. Without even trying hard, mesomorphs are lucky enough to continually be gaining muscle. Basically, mesomorphs are endowed with natural muscle building talents.

Most individuals display a mixture of traits from all three body types. However, one body type is usually the dominant type, thus rendering it fairly simple to categorize bodybuilders. Despite one's body type, there are some general techniques to utilize when one is bodybuilding.
