A report on America’s top cities said that Buckhead is one of the best subcities in the U.S. The Robb Report magazine echoed this finding saying that Buckhead in the northern part of the city is among the most affluent districts in the U.S. It has become a growing commercial center with lots of retail shops, high end malls, fine dining restaurants, entertainment centers as well as office and residential buildings some of which are in the more than 40-story range. Atlanta’s real estate industry remains on the top 10 best markets in the U.S. The experts say overall market conditions are very good even with historically low interest rates. Mortgage rates are low and continue to push the housing market. With these facts, there’s no way to go for Atlanta but up attracting more businesses and homeowners wishing to move here for good or invest in a vacation home.
