Treadmill's can be boring and long and seem to be a never-ending run. As for jumping on a trampoline, you're doing flips or practicing to do flips. You're much happier, smiling, laughing, and just absolutely jumping with joy.

As accidents becomes more often. Just like any other type of sport your kids play there is a chance of injury either minor or major. Children that are under 12 yrs old should have some type of supervision watching them as they're exercising on the trampoline. It just always helps supervising younger kids and letting them know to play the appropriate way and not get out of hand and hurt themselves.
