“If you think you can do a thing or think you can't do a thing, you're right.”
Henry Ford

Are you ready to change your life and achieve the goals you really want?

Maybe you have already used goal setting tools and defined what you wanted to achieve. Perhaps you've

  • Set goals for work

  • Even set personal goals (definitely give yourself a pat on the back for this!)

  • Read and applied various goal setting tips

But, for all the tips you read and applied, for all the goals you set and even wrote out, you're still frustrated and wondering why your great life, the one you planned for so carefully, has not arrived yet. Where is that fulfillment you seek?

Is this goal setting stuff for you? Are you in control of your life choices?

How would your life be better if you were in charge of it and created it every day based on what you really want?

You’ve heard it all before? Everybody seems to have the magic bullet these days, and yet so many people are still struggling to manifest their Life’s Passion. Heck, forget Life’s Passion, how about some simple achievements!

I know what you are going through. I have experienced it firsthand. You know the saying? “It takes one to know one.” Well it’s true. How can anyone teach you anything that they have no knowledge of?

Here’s my story.

Despite enjoying incredible corporate success, there seemed to be something missing. I asked myself why I was so easily achieving corporate goals and yet when it came right down to my True, Heartfelt personal desires, the ability to create what I wanted escaped me.

What was I not seeing? What was I not doing? I got some of the things I wanted but not others. What was the difference between those goals that I did achieve and those that I didn’t?

Why was I not achieving my goals?

By looking in detail at the goals that I did achieve I found, without exception, each time that I achieved that which I planned, or more, I followed 3 steps:

1. I was clear about what I wanted to manifest. Crystal Clear!

2. I had a concrete plan broken down into achievable action steps.

3. I truly believed in and resonated with what I wanted to achieve.

Ok. So how about the goals I did not achieve? Does that mean that I really did not want those goals? Of course, I did. I knew that I did, with all my heart. So then, what was missing?

Again, without exception, when I did not achieve that which I set out to do, there was some part of me that ignored one of the 3 steps.

How could this be? My ability to clearly accomplish objectives was beyond reproach. I was exceptionally good at planning and successfully achieving goals in the corporate world. I was using leading edge, planning and goal setting tools, tried and tested! I knew they worked.

So, what was standing in my way?

The thing that blocked me.

After a detailed analysis of my past successes and failures, I realized...When I did not achieve the goals I desired, even if I used leading edge goals setting tools, some part of me did not resonate with what I wanted to achieve.

Not resonating with that which you want to achieve is the crucial reason for not achieving your goals. No joke! It is that simple.

What does resonating with your goals mean?

If while setting goals or while reviewing your action steps you experience doubting thoughts or feelings, like “Who do I think I am?” or “What entitles me to this?” or even “Yeah, that’s all good and easy for others, but I have always had to work hard for what I have!”, then you are not in resonance with what you want to achieve.

How to get in resonance with your goals.

If despite having these feelings or thoughts, you plod through, ignoring the obvious you will not get much traction. Ask yourself when it is ever true that overlooking an issue makes it disappear? You know the answer... NEVER.

So what do you do when you have these thoughts or feelings?

You address and resolve them.

There are various tools and methods developed specifically for the purpose of overcoming your inner obstacles, fears, limiting beliefs or blocks. Each has its merits and, at the end of the day, it is a personal choice.

I use the Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT). This technique helps you rebalance and unblock the flow of energy in your meridian system with 9 simple taps- much like Acupuncture but without needles.

The process is simple, and highly impactful. I and countless clients attest to it.

Would you like to clear and restore your free flow of energy in minutes so that you can easily accomplish your goals? Excellent!

I would like to personally invite you to give EFT a try. After all, the best way to decide whether or not something works for you is to try it out for yourself.
