To make a significant profit eBay sellers need to identify and market products that are currently in great demand. The problem is that, when you sell something “hot” there are at least 17 other people selling the same drop shipped product. To save time and effort it’s probably that, like them, you’ve used the drop shippers’ descriptions and photos when creating your own listings. That means that when buyers search for what you’re offering they see page after page of the same photo, title, and description.

It doesn’t matter if you are a Power Seller or part timer. Your item is lost in a sea of copy cats. And not just on eBay. Search engine spiders will classify listings with the same words and photos as duplicate content and that can ruin your rankings because of it. The more you customize your listing the greater your chances of making it to the first page of a Google search!

So, how do you stand out from the rest? Write a unique description of your drop shipped product, use your own photo of the item, and include a subtitle to differentiate your service. You don't need to do a complete rewrite of the product description, just add some of your own spin. Consider adding some “end benefit” words to the copy and research what people who are selling other products say about what makes them better at servicing their customers. At a loss how to make your photo unique? You could try a different camera angle when shooting the visuals or, where applicable, show that there are size or “flavor” options.

Take these simple steps then watch your listing jump off that eBay search results page and into the SOLD category in My eBay.

This will take some time but is critical to making your eBay business a money maker. When selling a popular product it’s all about improving your drop shipping profit margin so gaining the lion’s share of sales is what it’s all about.

Cookie-cutter marketing is just that and while it may allow you to post more listings that’s irrelevant if products not selling. Remember that it's up to you to differentiate your products and services on eBay. No one else can do that for you.

Certainly, not the drop shipper. He or she is not invested in making your eBay store successful. They are providing products to hundreds of online retailers and don’t care who makes the most money selling through. Additionally, drop shippers know that some of those retailers are going to figure (out on their own), how to best sell those products.

You want to be one of those sellers.

All law enforcement agencies have storerooms or warehouses where a wide variety of property is stored. From time to time police auctions are held to get rid of this property and to raise cash. In many cases the cash raised in this way is channeled back into the budget of the specific agency. Sometimes, however, the money is used for the funding of special projects.
There are many things that people can buy at police auctions, and this article is going to discuss some of the most commonly sought after types of merchandise that people might find. There are also two types of clients that turn to such an auction and these two types of clients will also be discussed.
Police auctions have been portrayed in movies and documentaries as places to get decent goods at cut-rate prices. Usually the scene depicts flashy cars being hauled out in some empty lot. While there is a kernel of truth in this, there is a lot of misinformation about these events online and passed around by word of mouth.
You need to know some facts about repossessed cars before you actually go out and buy one. Repossessed cars are those cars that are found at auctions due to government seizure. This can be local law enforcement, state or federal government. They can be taken as well for default loans by banks and/or credit unions.
Cars get repossessed when people default on their car loan payments. Since they cannot continue paying the bank back for the loan which they took out, the bank will take the car. The problem comes in the fact that the bank should not have to pay rent on storing that car because they are already losing money on the defaulted loan. Instead, the bank sells the car at an auction to try and make back at least some of the money which they have lost.
Most people say government car auctions are too good to be true. Some think it is just not possible to get great cars for more than half slashed from its original price. This may seem too good to some people. However, the truth is anyone can buy a car at a government auction for up to ninety five percent less its original value.
For first time car buyers, government car auctions may be a foreign idea. In most cases, people would rather view the latest car models in showrooms or go to second hand car dealers to buy used cars. Most people do not realize how much they miss by not going to an auction. Here are some facts that people should know about these auctions...
