One of the easiest, most profitable ways to make money is by writing and selling digital products on eBay. Browse through the current listings and you’ll see that eBooks sell from as little as a penny to $17 or more. Clearly, this is a product type worthy of your consideration but I bet you’re wondering where all those sellers get their material.

The truth is, a lot of them write their own. Even if you’ve never thought about being an author before, now’s the time to think about it seriously. And, rest assured, creating an eBook isn’t nearly as difficult or scary as it might sound.

In fact, New York Times best selling author Robert G. Allen says each of us has at least one book inside us. The good news is that most of us actually have several potential eBooks we could write!

Writing a successful eBook is all about sharing what you know and the key to having a hot seller on eBay is all in your subject matter. The narrower the niche your dealing with, the better you will do. This is merely a matter of filling a need while minimizing your competition.

For example, right now there are literally hundreds of "make money fast" or "loose 95 pounds in 10 days" eBooks selling for under a dollar on eBay. Clearly, those two topics are overexposed and you’re sure to find others worth eliminating for the same reason.

What’s left to write about? There are a myriad of topics left to choose from. “How to Make Great Money with Bagpipes, an eBook on CD, has been selling for $17. So, if you have a career, hobby or particular interest with years of experience behind you, write about that. If not, identify a specific, narrow subject that you have learned a lot about and create a digital product to sell on eBay.

Pick information-heavy subjects that will quickly appeal to the right people. Titles like “101 Golf Techniques” or “How to Keep Your 1965 VW Running Smoothly” will immediately attract specific committed buyers willing to pay for the information. A tax accountant specializing in home based businesses will do very well with “10 Ways for New Home Based Business to Organize Their Taxes" as would someone who has spent years perfecting organic gardening techniques that work within a city location.

If you are now intrigued by the idea of creating an eBook but feel that you don't know how to write — no problem! The best eBooks are written in a conversational manner. Remember the last time you explained to a friend how you grew this new type of organic squash? Take those words and write them down!

Remember that people are looking for eBooks which are easy to read, easy to understand and contain strategies that are easily implemented. They also like information with helpful links and visuals so take your own photos or pull some from a website that includes public domain art. Make sure you have a nice cover page (even if it means shelling out some money for an art director) and consider a distinct picture for your listing that short hands what your book is about.

For those of who would like to offer a higher-priced option, eBooks sold in CD format (which requires minimal shipping costs) sell very well too.

The best part about this idea is that you can give it a try with little or no money invested, just a short amount of your time!

All law enforcement agencies have storerooms or warehouses where a wide variety of property is stored. From time to time police auctions are held to get rid of this property and to raise cash. In many cases the cash raised in this way is channeled back into the budget of the specific agency. Sometimes, however, the money is used for the funding of special projects.
There are many things that people can buy at police auctions, and this article is going to discuss some of the most commonly sought after types of merchandise that people might find. There are also two types of clients that turn to such an auction and these two types of clients will also be discussed.
Police auctions have been portrayed in movies and documentaries as places to get decent goods at cut-rate prices. Usually the scene depicts flashy cars being hauled out in some empty lot. While there is a kernel of truth in this, there is a lot of misinformation about these events online and passed around by word of mouth.
You need to know some facts about repossessed cars before you actually go out and buy one. Repossessed cars are those cars that are found at auctions due to government seizure. This can be local law enforcement, state or federal government. They can be taken as well for default loans by banks and/or credit unions.
Cars get repossessed when people default on their car loan payments. Since they cannot continue paying the bank back for the loan which they took out, the bank will take the car. The problem comes in the fact that the bank should not have to pay rent on storing that car because they are already losing money on the defaulted loan. Instead, the bank sells the car at an auction to try and make back at least some of the money which they have lost.
Most people say government car auctions are too good to be true. Some think it is just not possible to get great cars for more than half slashed from its original price. This may seem too good to some people. However, the truth is anyone can buy a car at a government auction for up to ninety five percent less its original value.
For first time car buyers, government car auctions may be a foreign idea. In most cases, people would rather view the latest car models in showrooms or go to second hand car dealers to buy used cars. Most people do not realize how much they miss by not going to an auction. Here are some facts that people should know about these auctions...
