My wife and I just put in a beautiful finished basement complete with bar, plasma TV, and a pool table. I had my friends over the house to check out the new basement and suddenly my house became the gathering spot for watching sports events. It's kind of narrow in there but it does the job. Basically anyone can have toilet in there basement without having to jack up the floor.
