Yes that's right! You can slow down the rate at which you age. Many tend to think that we have a fixed lifespan which cannot be adjusted however, there is a variability to lifespan and it is regulated by Insulin.

In centenarian studies, they have found that there was nothing in common with these people except for the fact that they all had low sugar, low triglycerides and low insulin. The single indicator for lifespan is insulin and the sensitivity to it. If your cells are not sensitive to this hormone, it's levels go up and stay up. Now you have what we call insulin resistance.
Whenever you expose your cells to insulin they become more resistant. The idea here is to control and balance your hormone levels which will keep our cells constantly reacting.

How can we do this?

We first need to take a look at what we are eating when it comes to carbohydrates. Something I learned from Dr Ron Rosedale was that carbohydrates are all the same, there is no difference between complex and simple carbs, they're all the same. Are they fiber or non fiber, this was the key ingredient to look for. Fiber slows down the absorption of sugar and a non fiber doesn't.
If you are going to eat food that has no fiber it is going to turn into sugar. It surges insulin and everytime you do this you become exposed to more of it and then you eventually become resistant to it. Keeping in mind that the aging process is not the only thing you have to worry about, it's all the other chronic factors that come with it like Diabetes, Cancer, Osteoporosis, Heart Disease, PH imbalance(acidity/alkalinity which is the predictor for disease.
So what you want to do is keep the high fiber foods(carbs) into your daily eating regime and dramatically reduce or even better eliminate all other forms. Protein and fat should never be reduced. You can live without carbs but you cannot live without protein and fat.

Here are some high fiber carbs:
Peas, Cauliflower, Dried Beans, Green Beans, Pysilium husk, Ground flax seed
Incorporating these foods and eliminating the ones I mentioned above will balance and keep insulin levels down.

Eliminating or choosing the right foods will save you from disease, keep you living longer, looking younger, keep your skin healthy, improve your energy levels and just about every other negative thing you can think of.

Everyone wants to look younger and attractive. But due to poor lifestyle, many of us look older than our actual age. This article will discuss some important aspects on how proper diet can slow your aging process and makes you look younger and beautiful.
As we get older we may silently wonder to ourselves how will we fare in the last stages of our life. Are we going to be lucky and not get some dreaded disease and remain fit and well right up to the time we go to meet our maker? Or the flip side of the coin is the possibility that we are going to become frail, incapacitated and incapable of taking care of ourselves, therefore dependent on our family, community and society for our care. And more importantly do we have any influence or control in this matter?
Aging is a natural process and all human beings, like all living beings on this planet, start aging as they grow older. A human beings average life span is 60-75 years and humans start showing signs of age, like wrinkles, sagging and sallow skin, bags under the eyes, etc, by the time they reach middle age or around the age of 40-45.
When I received my bottle of Lift SP I started using it right away. I was quite shocked that when I put it on for the very first time I noticed a difference. My wrinkles didn’t suddenly vanish but my skin felt and looked tighter. I continued to use it daily for the next week and every day I noticed that my skin was feeling and looking tighter and smoother than it has in years. I also noticed that the wrinkles around my eyes were starting to become less and less visible. The true test was when I bumped into a friend from college and she couldn’t stop telling me how good I looked. She also didn’t believe me when I said I hadn’t had any surgery or used Botox.
With age, or earlier on in younger people due to the effects of gravity, the sun and lifestyle, wrinkles and folds on the skin are fast becoming a fact of life. We get to look our age or older long before we are ready. Desperately we look around for a cure, an elixir of youth. One of those cures which may approximate what we want, that is, looking younger, will be the usage of injectable filler materials.
Growing old is inevitable. We grow old. We get signs of aging in our skin. We get pain in our joints. Sometimes, we get a bad combination of both. Most people address aging as a fact of life, and don’t do anything to slow the signs of aging. There are several ways you can slow the aging process and appear younger, even in the latter years of your life.
There are many differen types of wrinkle cream reviews. Some sites review as many anti wrinkle creams as they possibly can, and others only select the best ones. Most opinions are beneficial to consider, but certain reviews deeply examine the creams and clearly choose the best one formula for your consideration. It is important that you review the wrinkle cream review sites that you utilize in making your choice.
