Every moment you're presented a new project, make these methods to ensure you're on the proper path from the outset:

1.• Taking Duty: Before you agree to take on the duty of dealing a project, make certain there is adequate sponsorship, and that you have adequate financial support and resources to complete it on time. Your gut spirit should be that the project is achievable and that whatever comes, you'll have the full financial support of your Sponsor through the project. 5.Gives consideration to the Drivers: You basically need to understand as much as possible about your client's business to recognize why the deadline, scope and priorities have been defined as they have. Ask your client what's driving the deadline, why you can't reduce the range further and why the deliverables have been prioritise as they have. It's vital that you understand the solutions to these questions before you start out, so that you satisfy their demands in full.

Also, document these conversations with your client and get them to officially approve them. That manner, you make a positive arrangement of the scope, deadline, precedents and drivers at the beginning.
