Ice Cream is demanded and one of favorite dish for all persons. In summer, all parties or events are incomplete without ice cream. You may get more different dishes also with adding Ice cream in them. It was come to know with marriage of Catherine de Medici to the Duc d'Orleans in 1533. But it dates back to the Tang dynasty with soft milk and rice mixture added with snow and flavored with camphor.

Now, lots of Ice cream brands are there in market and they are famous because of their tasty ice cream flavors along with lots of ice cream flavors.

Breyers Ice Cream: This is brand owned by unilever. All brayers ice cream are named short and natural with easy pronouncement for ingredients. But now brayers have expanded itself to the long and artificial names with meat collections. So this is not only limited to vegetarian.

Bruster's Ice Cream: This is chain of ice cream palour with ice cream and frogen yogurt which are made from a pre-made mix at each individual store. In 1989, Reed opened the ice cream with name of Handel's Homemade Ice Cream and Yogurt. After some times Bruster decided to open his ice cream parlour and get maketing around the area. Its head quarter is still in Bridgewater.

Ben and Jerry's: Ben and Jerry's Homemade Holdings, Inc with headquarter in South Burlington manufactures sorbet, frozen yogurt, and ice cream. The company is now owned by the conglomerate Unilever. They have around 30 global locations.

Blue Bunny: Wells Dairy is maker of Blue Bunny ice cream and largest family-owned and managed dairy processor in the United States. This is third largest ice cream maker in US. “Just-For-You” packaging was debuted by Blue Bunny offering an seven-ounce package of ice cream with different variety and light flavors.

Baskin Robbins: this is first food franchised business with first ice cream cake manufacturer in world. It is also biggest franchise seller food business. In 1953, Burt Baskin and Irv Robbins founded Baskin Robbins with 21 flavors which are extended to 31 flavors. Now it has 30 countries based global locations.
