Many people, including myself, see Internet Marketing as a way to easily develop an income, but the reality is that thousands try and don't make a thing. Why is this? With all the opportunities flying around, all the offers of ways to succeed, courses, membership sites, guru training, multiple DVD courses etc etc., you could be forgiven for thinking that creating a successful online business is a difficult and complicated process. It is easy to loose sight of the basics.

I'm sure you have seen many sales pages offering to reveal the Secrets to whatever, when you buy their product. Well, here is the Secret to success creating an online business. I'm going to give you the secret here and now!

Have a product, get traffic and make sales. There - that was easy wasn't it.

OK - it's not quite that easy, but it doesn't have to be as complicated as many make out. Evan at this basic level, you need to have some skills, such as creating a converting website and the ability to generate lots of traffic.

OK, so now you have to go find products that will teach you how to create a converting website and how to generate lots of traffic, not forgetting how to create a product. Once again you get drawn into the colorful merry-go-round of internet marketing.

Stop for a minute.

I'm not saying you shouldn't work at building such a business, but that if you stop and think for a minute, you will find that there are ways to generate an income that are almost instant and don't require all the skill sets necessary for the traditional online business.

One of the quickest ways to generating your own cash on demand online business uses only a word processor or text editor. The main ingredient of any online business is information, and website builders, blog owners are desperate for quality information that they can use. Many will pay for this quality information and there are sites available that will sell your articles, reviews etc for cash. You can sell an article over and over.

You see how this works - you don't need a website, you just submit your information or article to one of these paid content sites. You also don't have to worry about traffic, these sites are already set up for selling to desperate website owners. A typical price for an article can range from $5 to $10 depending on length, quality and subject matter. Simply write an article, submit it to one of these sites then wait for sales, while you write some more. Over time this can grow into a good level of income as you get more and more articles out there earning you money.

There you have it. When you jump off the internet roller-coaster, you can find hidden simple business models. This one just needs basic word processing skills and a determination to succeed to start you off generating cash. Why not give it a try and see just how easy making money online can be.
