In America's south one of the most common sights is people on horses. Tennessee has always been a ranching state and this tradition has grown along with the people who live here. However, there is a new development on the horizon that has combined the best of luxury living with the love of horses to create the equestrian community. The idea behind this kind of home site is much the same as that of the golf course communities that have gained huge popularity in areas like Nevada, Arizona and Florida, in that a certain lifestyle is featured and supplied for by the developers. This has proven to be a very popular community style in Tennessee and in response some amazing communities have been developed.

There is a fairly standard setup to this kind of community that draws on the utility of communal riding areas, stables and trails. This kind of community is quite special in that it brings people together with a common interest and love. When this kind of interest is one of the foundational building blocks of the community you find a town that is closely knit and friendly with great community spirit and a sense of pride. There are a few different kinds of equestrian communities, first there is the horse-friendly community where one can see the residents riding their mounts through the town on a daily basis, then there are the newer equestrian communities. This kind of development usually features a subdivision with a central riding ring and facilities for stabling and grooming.

One of the best aspects of this kind of community is that lots are typically much larger than average suburban lots. Many of the larger lots like the ones you can find in Franklin are in excess of 5 acres and feature private stables/barn and pasture fields. The smaller subdivisions still have lots of a respectable size with the added bonus of like minded neighbors. You can really experience a whole new style of life in Nashville. If a laid-back country style is what you are looking for and you need a spot for your hoofed friend then this is definitely an area that you should consider checking out.

Home sales over the past year or so have caused a mixed bag of emotions for many people. Another rise in foreclosures can have serious consequences to an already labored real estate market and related industries. A boost to the construction industry would help support the recovering economy.

Bronx foreclosed homes are homes which have been repossessed, often after a homeowner has defaulted on their mortgage. Since sellers are willing to take less than full price for these properties to sell them fast, Bronx repo homes tend to be a more affordable way to buy real estate in this area.
