Even if modern treatments are complex and expensive, not few times, in the fight against acne, natural treatments are preferred. We present below some natural recipes for skin care:
Oatmeal is highly recommended for washing the face, especially if the skin is dry and prone to irritation. Oatmeal contains beta glucan, a soluble fiber that hydrates epidermis in depth.

Nuts: these can be a real treatment for hands and feet. Being very rich in oil, you can be sure that affected areas will not be affected by dehydration.
Avocado oil: it is recommended for dry and very sensitive skin. Very rich in fatty acids, it has the ability to balance the level of skin hydration. Also, it contains antioxidants (vitamins A, C and E), which constitutes an additional protection for the skin).

Eggs: you know that eggs are very useful to set your capillary ornament, exhausted by too many painting or simply dehydrated. Their content, rich in protein, strengthen hair line and gives brilliance.

Orange: These fruits are indicated for the treatment of dry skin on heel, knees and elbows. In other words, this treatment is absolutely necessary in "unpopulated" areas by sebaceous glands.

Milk: it is recommended for the hydration of the skin. In general, it is recommended for any type of skin, but thanks to lactic acid, makes real wonders in cases of dehydration.

Apple vinegar: this is very useful to struggle against pimples. Due to the high acid content, it will radically struggle against bacteria that lead to the appearance of pimples.

Recipe 1
Yeast, olive oil, soak rice. The pasta made from a mixture of three ingredients must be applied on affected areas every night for 10 days per month.

Recipe 2
Compress with chamomile and tincture of vetra and savory.

Recipe 3
Clay mask. The clay is breaking into pieces well and mixing with cucumber or grape juice. It leaves the face about 15 minutes and then washes with mineral water.

Recipe 4
Baths with horseradish vinegar. The solution of horseradish vinegar is applying on the face moist which is prepared as: the horseradish raced is inserted into a glass and poured wine vinegar. Then leave to soak for 10 days. The solution applied on the face lets for 10 minute and then wash with mineral water.
