Are you moving foward in your personal development? Or, do you expereince fear? If you're like the rest of us you do! However, is your fear stopping you from achieving the things you dream of achieving? Is is halting your personal development? Does your fear make you hesitate? Do you get paralysed by your own thinking? Do you imagine the terrible things that could happen to you if you dare to reach out for what you want? Are you ready to move forward in your personal development?

Most us are crippled in our personal development. We strive for more only to gain very little, nothing or see the very opposite happening in our lives. Our personal development ios stagnant or non-existant.

Let's look at why so many fail to reach their personal development dreams?

When you imagine a feared event you probably worked yourself into a frenzy in anticipation of this terrible thing that was about to happen only to find out later that your fears were unfounded. Did you find that the actual experience was not nearly as bad as the fear you initially had. Did the experience help you in your personal development?

"The only thing we have to fear is fear itself" Franklin D. Roosevelt 1933. This is a powerful personal development statement.

So what is fear and how do we defeat it with personal development?

Fear is one of the biggest obstacles to personal development. Fear occurs when you allow your negative programming to influence your thinking. It rears its ugly head when you find yourself out of your comfort zone! It is the unknown outcome that produces fear and the thought of the worst possible scenario occuring.

Fear is false!

If you look closely at your fears you'll find that the great majority of them never come to pass and those that do aren't as bad as you expected them to be.

The personal development key to conquering fear lies in your thinking and questioning. When you are confronted with fear you should stop and take a very deep breath. Breathing deeply is a personal development trick that relaxes the body and removes the tension that the fear is creating in your body. Then look closely at the way you have just been thinking. Did you fill your mind with images of the worst outcome?

Reverse the thoughts with personal development! Begin by asking powerful personal development questions about the fear. The following 4 Personal Development fear-buster questions will help you to eliminate fear on the spot!

1. Is this fear really based on anything that is true?

2. If the fear were to become reality would the experience really be as bad as you have been thinking it would be?

3. Is it possible that you may actually gain something from experiencing the feared event? Would it help your personal development?

This last personal development question may sound like a strange thing to ask yourself but there is a two-fold reason for asking it. Firstly, any thought in a different direction breaks the runaway train of negative fearful thought! Secondly, it forces you to look at the fear from a personal development perspective and neutralizes its power.

4. Is it possible that if I change my thinking now I can actually create what I want?

A personal development axiom is: when we change how we think we change how we act.

Many people actually bring about their fears because they are constantly thinking about them. By focusing on your fears you tend to act in ways that are connected to the fears and thus you unconsciously create the feared event. An example would be a person who fears they will lose their partner. They therefore try to control them in every way in order to ensure the person will never leave them. Can you see how trying to do this will actually create the reverse effect and push the person away. Yet to them they are ensuring they keep the person!

All of us act in similar ways everyday - we outwardly attract our fears through our actions due to our focus. Your focus is your true personal development power!

When we hold in mind the expectation of what we want our thinking affects our actions and we find ourselves attracting the very things we want. This is personal development power at its core.

So to avoid attracting situations and people that will help you manifest your own fears constantly ask yourself the 4 personal development fear-busting questions above. You will soon find that your fears are only shadows with no real substance and you will begin to move forward in your personal development and the the direction you want.

Almost all of us are affected by problems in our life where the root cause is due to departed ancestors' subtle bodies. This type of spiritual problem affects us regardless of race, cultural background or social status. While this is a spiritual problem, it can manifest in many different ways in our day-to-day lives. Mind control stories could be very helpful, especially when you want to get people to see your point of view. People can sometimes be either too closed-minded or they already have a fixed opinion. This can be rather frustrating, which is why I have decided to share one of my mind control stories with you. This story tells of how I managed to convince my family to go on a trip to Thailand instead of China. It might not sound like such a huge feat, but I have to say that the whole Thai experience was really amazing; and of course, so was the sound of victory.
