Key chains, pens, mugs, pencils, tote bags, fridge magnets, custom notepads, bookmarks – you name it and we all have probably created the design and print, as well as received our fair share of these promotional giveaways one way or another. Big institutions, Fortune 500 companies, and even the local store produce them by the hundreds. In fact, almost anyone I know that has a business buys their fair share of promotional items – in bulk. So why is there an overwhelming reception over these products? Because they get results. Promotional gifts do get you the outcome you need to increase your brand recognition.

In marketing, promotional giveaways and gifts are essential to any effort made to increase the recognition of any business. If you’re still hooked on expensive media advertising and are not yet handing out these cost-effective promotional collaterals, then you’re missing out on a great deal. Gift-giving, in any aspect, is a gesture that everyone appreciates. Coupled with an item that is cost efficient and you will definitely get your results without having to break the bank.

They can be easily handed out along with your print collaterals that’s why they’re very popular items during events, trade exhibits and festivals. Your mugs or notepads can be seen by other people, thus, your ad can attract a huge amount of prospects when it travels.

The bottom line to every marketing campaign is for people to remember you. Your promotional items do a very good job of that. With everyday and every minute that your target clients see you, your name, and your logo, they will definitely have you in their minds all the time. And who will they call when the time comes that they would need your service? It’s you.

Promotional items give you noticeable impact as well as in the way you build your relationship with your customers. Promotional gifts with a great design and print can be your most effective tools.

If you’re still not convinced after all the explanations and reasons given, then go back to producing your very expensive media blitz. Just remember that your competitors are probably getting the upper hand right now and you’re still wondering why... it’s simply because they have their logos and company names in your prospects’ hands with their promotional gifts. You don’t.
