So in reality people with that budget have to go to Costa Blanca South and with that budget they will find themselves a nice Villa and a very nice apartment. However the reality is that people who want to buy in Costa del Sol will very rarely switch tact to Costa Blanca.
The real problem here is that you see headlines Spanish property for sale from $70,000 but it doesn't say Costa Blanca Property and this is where the miss information really starts from.
