These days preventing aging is one of the hottest topics of discussion. You've seen the ads on TV for products that will help slow the aging process. Some of these have to do with cosmetics, while other focus on health foods that will keep you young. Aside from all of this, there is another technique that could help keep you young! This technique is to use binaural beats to repair damaged DNA!

The reality is that as your body uses energy, some parts of your cells are damaged in the process. As your cells regenerate, each consecutive cell is a little worse off than the previous one. Added to that theory is the idea that we simply have our aging programmed into our genes. Of course, these factors can be altered one way or another simply by how well we take care of ourselves, but ultimately, this is why you age.

The only thing we have to battle aging so far is to simply stay healthy. Exercise and a good diet are so helpful in keeping yourself in shape. This prevents your early demise and keeps you from getting heart disease, cancer, and any number of ailments due to outside forces. We can also invest in anti-oxidant type foods which help cut back on the damage caused by cell replication and energy burn. Green tea, fruits and vegetables and supplements are all very high in anti-oxidants.

What about this idea of binaural beats to help repair DNA? Sound like a strange concept, right? The truth is that using binaural beats is a viable weapon in the battle to keep your cells from aging. Some research has shown that Delta frequencies can stimulate your DNA and help them to recover. While sleep helps your body and cells to recover, sometimes sleep doesn't give you the type of rest your body needs. Because of outside conditions, more often than not we have restless, stress plagued sleep sessions. That is where binaural beats can help.

The process of using binaural beats to help repair your DNA is quite simple. You simply put some headphones on and listen to some specific recordings. Promoters of these CDs claim that the recordings are of two frequencies that are pumped into each ear separately. The brain compensates by creating its own Delta wave that is perfectly between the two being taken in by the ears. The result is a healing wave that is transmitted throughout your body. The results are almost immediate, and can even be doubled if you listen while you sleep.

While there are a lot of ways to keep yourself from aging, it is good to know that using binaural beats can supplement your efforts. With very little work, you can help tune your body into a meditative, relaxing state of mind where your body's cells will be able to regenerate. What an easy way for your cells to get the help they need!
