The following are the simple measures which may help to prevent gastrointestinal problems:

• Don’t eat quickly: Eating too quickly can be dangerous, especially for the stomach. If you already have a stomach problem then it is the best time to start eating slowly. If you eat fast then your stomach will not be able to digest food easily. You have to provide some time to your stomach so that it can digest the foods.

• Have a balanced diet: Eating a well balanced diet is essential. You diet should have all types of proteins, vitamins, carbohydrates and a small amount of fats. There must be minerals and fibers in your diet. If you don’t eat a balanced diet then there will be deficiently and you will face quite a lot of problem with your body in course of time to come. Excess of fiber in the body is required when you consume too much of fat or when you intake too much of carbohydrates. In order to drive out the excess food which is not required for the body presence of fiber is essential.

• Maintain posture while having meals: To have a good posture while eating is one of the important things which you can do. A proper posture helps in proper movement of the foods. If you remain seated in an odd way then you cannot digest the foods properly. The food movement inside your stomach will be easier if your posture is perfect; you need to sit straight while you consume your foods.

• Drink a lot of water: Drinking a lot of fluids throughout the day is one of the most vital things which will help you to fight various gastrointestinal disorders. Water helps to eliminate the excess of fats and other unwanted things from the body. It is also an important constituent for maintaining the normal circulation in the body. If you stop drinking water then the tissues will not be lubricated and they will dry up. You will have a wide number of gastrointestinal problems like constipation and gas. There may also be acidity and indigestion problems. Therefore drinking water is extremely important to stay away from these unwanted things.

For many years, researchers in psychology focused on what seemed to be rational and what could be directly observed through physiology. Hence, emotion was neglected as it was seen as more part of mind than body.
Relationships with other people can often play the role of "bread and butter" in a person's life. As social creatures, human beings are drawn to one another for a variety of biological and psychological reasons. It is an integral component of a person's psychological development and emotional stability. However, the benefits are not entirely absolute. It is possible for people with extreme social misgivings, such as loners and hermits, to live without too much damage to their mental health. The isolation gets to you after a while, but there's nothing really too fractured up there.
Sleep is an integral component of human existence, such that without sleep, you eventually die. There isn't a whole lot that people understand about how sleep works, or how it manages to do what it does for the body. Humans simply have an instinctive understanding that sleep is an important part of their lives and it just isn't a good idea to cut down on it so much. However, trouble getting enough sleep is a problem that is becoming increasingly common in the modern world, as shown by the statistics of how many people are buying sleeping pills. This is, of course, far from being a recent problem.
