2) Box Jumps: In this workout you have to stand in front of a box and jump on top of it. Repeat this for around 10 times
3) Jump ropes: Jump rope is incredibly useful for building stamina. It is particularly useful for athletes who want to do well in the overall game.
4) Standing Broad Jump: Stand in a natural, straight up position and then jump out as far as you can, ending up with both feet at the same time.
5) Rim Jumps: Remain below a basketball ring and constantly make an effort to jump up and touch the rim
