While men and women reach their 40's, they notice changes in their body chemistry which ultimately affect the glands producing the hormones. Hormonal imbalance can be either treated medicinally or naturally. However, the medicinal ways invented till now can cause a lot of side effects and you should avoid it if possible. The hormonal replacement therapy can cause wonders to some whereas it has disrupted the life of others, and therefore is not highly recommended because there are other natural ways of getting your hormonal balance right. Herbs particularly are very effective in overcoming this problem. So of all the symptoms that we have talked about, just consult a doctor if you face any one of them, do not hold back and wait for things to happen.
