What To Do After 10+2

Passing 10+2 is crucial, but deciding what to do next is critical. If the objective of studying is to ensure a rewarding career, then choosing a course that is job oriented is important. Employers all over prefer a business management graduate because she/he is industry-ready. Valuable time and money resources need not be spent on training the employee. An employee with a business management degree is well informed about production, quality control, marketing, HR finance accounts and can also quickly adapt to the business environment.

Confidence communication and computer skills are a must for entry into any multinational company. A good B-School first teaches these fundamental skills in addition to leadership, relationship management, team building negotiating skills and conflict management study-work-study model where the student learns all business management skills both theoretically and practically. The moment a student joins this course, s/he is put on an intensive learning module for three year wherein all management subjects like operation research supply chain management, six sigma, managerial economics, international business a foreign language, and much more are taught.

At the end of the three years the student is awarded an internationally recognized/UGC approved BBA. Pertaining to his or her chosen specialization such as HR, Marketing Finance, IT, Retail etc in multinational companies.
