Meditation is healthy, safe and affordable. In fact it’s free. The only expense you’ll have is a meditation mat, which isn’t especially necessary-at least from my experience. Meditation has been around for 5,000 years, and was originally a spiritual component of yoga. Through the years non-yogis adopted it, intuitively sensing and connecting the practice with greater peace of mind.

There can be several sources of stress -the agitations in human mind and the waves are mainly responsible for stress. Mind isn't independent; it is actually our thought process. Once these thoughts start ruling over us, we are under stress. The human thought process is an incessant process, it continues for life. Again these thoughts are not very potent sources that could rule over us, it's just that they overpower us at times with certain tricky methods. We should try and analyze these situations and be calm.

Money and material things to not make us happy they just make us feel good for a while. They are like drugs the more you take the better you feel, for a while, but in the end it leads to destruction. I am not saying that money is not important, it is, but not that important. There are secret ways to transform your entire life that will dramatically improve the quality of your life. Would not it be amazing if you can completely eliminate the negative 'voices' in your head that are holding you back from reaching your full potential?

Tips and Techniques
Using relaxation techniques, repeating mantras (a repeated word or phrase that help a person concentrate during meditation), and focusing your thoughts can bring inner peace and advance your personal and spiritual growth. People have been meditating for over 5,000 years and achieving significant results. Research is now showing changes in brain wave patterns for those deep in meditative states.

Meditation has been known throughout the centuries as the means to calm the mind and open yourself up to things that elude us when our mind is busy thinking (which is most of the time!). And so, as you begin your process of transfer, take a few minutes a day to meditate and visualize. You can do it either in the morning to prepare for the chores ahead, during the day to take a break from doing things, or in the evening to give your mind a rest from the busy day and to set the tone for the next day.

There are numerous meditation techniques that people who are interested and want to learn to meditate can choose from. While all forms of mediation have some commonalities, the techniques do differ based on what part of the world and what culture the particular practice is rooted in the discipline of Zen meditation is essentially focused on enabling the practitioner to live their daily lives in complete awareness of themselves and their surroundings. Through the practice of this meditation approach, people can escape from the "auto-pilot" existence that is so prevalent and which robs people of experiencing their lives fully.
