Hence, leaders are representatives of a group of like minded people working towards a goal. Isn’t this a caliber that each one should posses? There is no dearth of good qualities in oneself; a selfless attitude in alliance with a burning desire to help the less privileged will always be a distinct quality of a meticulous leader. The more, the better for the society.
Surprisingly, many of us wouldn’t have been aware of the leadership qualities in us, except when we are caught unawares in an extraordinary situation. A strict regimen of exercising the mind, body and soul will fortify our stance to become consistent, confident and capable leaders. Today’s world is in dire need of such workforce. Every person, in his own simple way, can contribute, by preserving the ethics of mankind, respect the existence of his subsidiaries and have the fortitude to fight for their privileges. Sure to say “Great leaders do not bloom, they are sculptured”.
