That’s why I recommend developing amnesia – temporary of course, to get over the rough times and help stay on track. Try it next time you're stressed out. It may take some practice, but believe me it's worth it! Change your attitude, change your life. In order to get exactly what you want in life, you have to use ‘future-thinking’ to your advantage. Propel yourself into the future, see yourself in the dream life you expect to have, and come back to the present and make it happen! The key is to make sure you come back to the present, and put your plan into place so that perfect future comes true. You can, we all can. Just do it! We all feel the pinch of hard economic times, but do we sometimes fail to see how good we really have it? To feel grateful for our situation is important to our happiness, and too many people get caught up in the negative attitudes affecting others. Don't let that happen to you - look around and you'll see you probably have a lot more than you realize. Life is good, if you let it be so. We all want good things to happen to us, but don't forget to make good things happen for others as well. It's easy to do, just keep your eyes open. There's always someone nearby who needs your help, so go to them. Now, really...
