When things happen during the early years of our lives we tend to take into our futures the baggage of the past. Have you become the victim or do you see victory in your future. I hope this story helps those who have seen pain and are ready to go forward or need strength to go forward.
There are principles and principalities in the world that continually tug at our senses. Even though people accept and reject these entities with little realization of their existence they can be detected and controlled. It is our desire to bring an awareness to people that much of what effects them can not only be controlled but used to their advantage.
What is a moment? How do we define such a place that we exist in momentarily and yet cannot really say that it is exists until it has happened. We cannot pin point it but yet we exist in it continuously. This now moment is the existence that is happening, it continues on in a line until we live out a sequence of moments that we then see and label as the past. The moments that are to come then are defined as the future.
Are you so busy doing, doing, doing that suddenly the hour, day, month, year is gone and everything seems like a blur? Have you ever asked, "Why am I here? There’s got to be more to life than this."
The work of Dan Millman is very powerful for assisting a person in transforming his or her life. In my work as a psychotherapist at the Holistic Addiction Treatment Program I introduce all of the clients to “The Way of the Peaceful Warrior” both as a book and as the movie. The movie and book are about a person who learns about never giving up and in the process begins a process of transforming his life. The process is about becoming present to that which he was not present to, to certain distinctions that once considered began to alter his life forever.
Family relationships have become strained to the breaking point by the many external forces that are exerted on them. While many fail those who survive are better equipage and stronger for it. While survival may breed the instinct to endure in the jungle, it's the survival instinct that separates winners from the weakness of failure.
Man struggles along the path of life with a heavy heart and bleeding feet only to find in the end the grave awaits. He harbors resentment, a sense of incompetence which besets his every avenue; and in his blind groping he lifts his hands in speechless anguish, and his weary cries stir the air with supplications to an apparently unheeding God. Where art thou oh Lord?
Tough times determine the true character of a winner...winners deal with adversity by ensuring they have done the necessary work and relationship building, before the missiles of life are launched.
Do you have the discipline and training to commit to action in your life... The actions you take once you commit will determine the quality of your outcome.
Well it has happened again this year, just when we thought we were in the clear and had made it through the cold and flu season unscathed, we get hit with a nasty one. There are a lot of us that got caught this year according to Doctors. The truly amazing thing is that Doctor’s have said that this bug is not only nasty but an intelligent little bug. This bug waited until our flu shots were least effective, come the end of winter, the beginning of spring, you know like right now!
Each one of us is always wanting something. We are always asking, wanting to receive this or that. In every moment in our lives we always have a desire. It may be a desire to pass that all-important exam, or for our kids to do well, it is human nature to always want to be more.
Unfortunately, by the time you exited high school, your habitual patterns of thinking may as well have been set in concrete, and those habitual thinking patterns were essentially placed there by someone other than you.
You do not need to know the when, the where, the how of your meeting . . . just rest in the YES that your soul mate is indeed coming to you.
Most of us have had moments when we feel motivated and empowered. It may have been after reading a book or listening to a motivational speaker. We all at some point have experienced that feeling of invincibility and empowerment. However, for most of us such a feeling is only occasional or temporary. It comes and goes. At one minute we are oozing with energy; feeling we can conquer our challenges and then the next moment we sink into despair. Thus we find that most of the times we are disorientated, demotivated and suffering from the so called blues.
Whether we endured a difficult childhood or experienced rejection from a hurtful lover, we all have emotional wounds in need of healing. As part of the preparation for magnetizing your soul mate you must now decide to actively begin healing the deepest wounds of your heart.
By creating physical space in your home (and your heart) you are putting out a "cosmic welcome mat." So if you come across some resistance, use it as an opportunity to do deeper, more emotional work to overcome the blocks you may still have.
A soul mate is someone we feel a deep and profound connection to. Someone with whom we feel completely ourselves with. Someone that we love unconditionally and they love us unconditionally.
How does one feel more inspired everyday? Inspiration is the stimulation of the mind or emotions to a high level of feeling or activity. Inspiration comes from the Latin, inspirare which means "To breathe, to blow into... the Spirit is within."
Remember, the process of attracting your soul mate is one of magnetism. When you make the choice to live as if your soul mate is already a part of your life, you send out an irresistible signal to the Universe that you are ready now.
Believe and know deep in your heart that the "one" is out there for you. And if you don't quite believe it today can you, in this moment, believe that the one is on the way and that your knowingness is growing daily?
