Women aged between 30 to 40 years are most vulnerable to the risk. Since PMS does not have any exact cause, it can be prevented or can be cured completely. But it can also be successfully handled with proper self-care and effective treatment. If one starts suffering from PMS then she should consult with the doctor immediately.
