If you've ever been convicted of a crime, no matter how small, you know the stigma that you carry with you because of that conviction. Unfortunately, even something as minor as a shoplifting charge or disorderly conduct conviction can make life difficult in so many areas. Those who think that getting information on a person with a criminal record is as easy as picking up a phone and making a call may find this article an eye opener. Each individual has an imaginary private bubble that once intruded would mean trespassing. When a person violates a moral law of an individual or group, then he has done a CRIME. If only the offended one can smile and let it pass, but any mark of it always become history in archives of criminal records that are publicly available as reference. It could mean the destruction of lifetime opportunities and worst---future. For then man will have thrown off all of his superstitions and irrational taboos." Has the United States lost it's basic principle of morality? Has the United States moved away from the guiding principles that this country was founded on? As yet another New Year dawns, it is time for us to look back on 2005 and view from the outside all that happened. There were joys, triumphs, and tears. That everything that happens is a learning experience is quite true. Several of the largest natural disasters have occurred recently. These include the earthquake and tsunami in South East Asia and Hurricane Katrina in the Southern United States. Thousands of disasters occur every year. They all don't affect thousands of people, but the impact is as dire for each one that has to experience it. Each time a disaster occurs our hearts go out to those affected. However, what can we do when we are many miles away? With the rare exception of a special report produced by educational television channels and shown sandwiched between reruns late at night, we seldom see the faces of America's enormous homeless population. They live their street lives in decaying downtowns and slum districts, hidden from our daily commute between work and the suburbs. The root of the current crisis of undocumented immigration is a fundamental disconnect between today's economic and labor market realities and an outdated system of legal immigration. Undocumented immigration is driven in large part by a U.S. labor market that is creating a higher demand for less-skilled workers than is being met by the native-born labor force or by the current legal limits on immigration. About 150 employees at Parsons Manufacturing Co. in Illinois were shocked to see their company's building turned into a pile of mangled steel beams and other rubble as an F-4 tornado ripped through the area. I have recently been hearing about how our local newspapers (in the UK) are falling into decline due to a raft of competition from various alternative media sources such as the internet. I live in Birmingham and I am the type of person who loves to play and watch sports. Where I live we have a famous Saturday nights sports paper which arrives in the shops at around 6pm, it is called The Sports Argus and is pink in colour.
