Expert Author: Maria Leyva Reading and knowing the Bible is a good thing and you really can't get too much of it. There is just one small problem however, and that is that the Bible can be difficult to understand at times. Don't worry, its not a sin to to say this, because lets face it, it has some pretty long and difficult words and phrases in it. Expert Author: Maria Leyva Even if someone is Latino and speaks English, they may also have some difficulty understanding complex words and phrases that are written or spoken in English. Out of courtesy, they will never tell you this, but this doesn't detract from the fact that often times they are left not completely comprehending what they have heard in conversation. The good news for everyone that speaks Spanish is that there are now audio versions of the Spanish Bible now available. Then there you were in some group situation having to listen while someone that did take the time to learn it completely dominated stage or the conversation.
