If acid reflux may be caused by too little stomach acid, how come acid suppressors like Nexium work?
Posted by Answers CommunityIt’s been said that Apple Cider Vinegar can help with acid reflux because the stomach is actually producing too little acid. If this is the case, how come Nexium and other similar acid suppressants work? Wouldn’t they make the situation worse?
Also, can lemon juice be used in place of ACV? I cannot tolerate the stuff! Any idea?
