Finally! some one that speaks the truth! thank you Dr.! listen people! hes so right! want clean clear skin? eat a clean diet! also take out the crappy food your acne will go away! also dairy aggrivates acne. have inflamed acne? dont take in dairy at all ,it will go away! an alergic reaction! some acne is food alergies. oh oh dont forget the sun block!
what i mean is to put in on every day even if your go out in the sun for a few minutes the sun starts the damage . you dont have to just put it on to go in the sun and bake. the sun starts to change your cellular structure. free radicals. if you get alot of sun damage it changes your cells. eventualy they change into cancer cells!
you have no idea what your talking about. fat people have plumped up faces thats why not too many wrinkles. and sugar is bad bad bad. high frutose corn syrup! like in soda, thats why most people get fat thats one culprit. hight sugar , bad bad bad. makes you fat and gives you diabetes.
salt is NOT bad. it was used as currency in Rome because you will DIE without it. the problem is our “processed” foods have way to much of it in small portions. eat healthy and whatever salt you use for cooking and eating should be just fine. this is just my opinion anyway..
sodium is a mineral u can get in your veggees. if you use table salt at all use very very little tiny amounts will not hurt you but very tiny amounts. normal american diets has way too much and process foods re loaded with it. thats whats bad.
I’m already freaking eating a healthy diet and getting antioxidants in my body from green tea! I drink tons of water! I eat fruits n veggies! I exercise! I wash my face! I do it all! But I still have acne! It’s invincible! Im never getting clear! My skin is naturally oily!
a lot of times acne is hereditary or in your genes. My mom had acute systic acne and so did my brother. So if it is, living super healthy lifestyle isn’t going to change it. You should go to the dermatologist. My brother had to try like 4 different medications before one worked, but it went away. hope this helps, good luck!
If acne med hasn’t helped either then you should try using natual organic skincare line. I hear they’re the best product for making the skin more healthier and clear.
if youre washing too much you might be causing your face to produce more oil.
also try NOT using any face creams at night and let your skin naturally balance and regenerate itself at night. like he says if you are eating too much sugar in addition to your good diet this can aggravate it. Natural Honey works as a good mask for 5 min to kill bacteria on the skin also. and get a steamer to unclog the pores. also check caffeine intake.
im glad to see some real advice on this issue rather than another scam promotion. recently i am experimenting with just washing and toning and NOT using night creams and so far i think this is good. i think creams interfere with the skins natural ability to regenerate at night and slows this process down.
Men dont wear creams and they have good skin compared to most women because we are always doing stuff to it.
but like he says DIET is essential.
I’ve been trying to go sugar-free for over a year now to feel better & prevent illness & disease. Skin improvement has been a pleasant surprise in the process. This winter I’ve had the LEAST dry skin ever, rarely needing lotion. I also started using olive oil (unfiltered, cold pressed) from the grocery store on my skin (anyone know if that is ok?) & my skin has been very soft and supple. I wish I would have had this info when I was much younger. Thanks for the video & creating awareness!
You’re absolutely right that everything we eat, drink and put on our skins has an impact on how we look. Most over-the-counter skin care and acne products contain toxic chemicals. Research indicates that a build up of these toxins on the skin causes acne and other problems. Benzoyl peroxide, one of the most prevalent ingredients in acne products available in the US is one of these toxins. It’s been banned in other countries because of its adverse effects!
Do yourself a favor….use the cleanest products you can find and check out the ingredients before putting anything on your skin.
Balancing good healthy diet, exercise, plenty of water with lime and good sleep is very essential for fountain of youth. Thanks for sharing good source of information.
Great video. Thank you.
