Can you access a computer from the iPod touch without installing anything onto the computer?
Posted by Answers CommunityOk so I have looked around a lot on this matter and I keep finding stuff like VNC (or VNSea) that allows you to access the computers on your WiFi network, but all of these require you to install something onto the computer itself. Is there a way to access the computer WITHOUT even touching the computer?

No. You would need to install something in order to do that.
I will agree with Korgrue, especially as from your message it appears you are trying to use your iPod touch on a free hotspot to hack into a computer you do not use or own.
