That’s my point…Do you believe that God or nature made our bodies with a defect that if we don’t brush our teeth, they rot? How come no other mammals need brush their teeth? The fact that we were programmed from childhood to brush our teeth daily has made our teeth so dependent on toothpaste that as soon as we don’t…our mouth decays..hmmmm. I am now de-programming my own mouth…I go for weeks without brushing now and I have no cavities nor bad teeth. Soon I will not be brushing at all.

The problem is that I got bad breath when I brushed my teeth often…now I have a much cleaner mouth, believe me.
Bad breath comes from ill health not from sediments in the mouth. Ever noticed that 1 hour after brushing, your breath returns to its original smell? Don’t worry about me…I know what I am doing.

I will do exactly that….But I don’t necessarily say not to brush at all, I am against the toothpaste that has chemicals to destroy our natural mouth protections. My tongue used to be coated in a white deposit but now its gone and my breath is freshening up lately too…since I dramatically lessened toothpaste use.

I am pretty sure that we started out not eating the amount of sugar that we do now, and it was also natural sugar found in fruit which by its crunchy nature is less sticky and cavity causing. I hope you still wipe your butt. Not that it will matter since your mouth smells just as bad, a skunk just doesn’t smell his own stench.

maybe becuase your teeth are not the same as your eyes,or maybe we do not eat or put food in our eyes or nostrils

You don’t understand my point…look, your mouth has natural bacteria and enzymes that are there to cleanse your mouth just like all other mammals, right? Whether sugar or not, food is not dirty, so that without toothpaste your mouth is supposed to be clean if it is working right. If you are healthy your butt also remains clean after shitting…BUT WE ARE ALWAYS SICK…WE SMELL AWFUL AND ARE OVERWEIGHT…WHY?
Clean your mouth by being healthy not by toothpaste.

“maybe because your teeth are not the same as your eyes,or maybe we do not eat or put food in our eyes or nostrils”
DUST AND OTHER GERMS GET INTO OUR EYES AND NOSTRILS TOO…but our tears and mucous cleans them.
Why do people like you who brush their teeth every day still get bad teeth and bad breath?
SOMETHING IS WRONG KYLE

“i actually dont brush everyday ashamed to amit”

Well don’t admit, just do it quietly…..

I am 51 and never had to visit the dentist once… I used to brush my teeth kinda often when I was your age, but gradually I have been lessening the practice and now I am much more drastic where I go for weeks without brushing with toothpaste… I did a video to show you my teeth, but I feel a bit awkward to post it to utube…hmmm considering it still…
