Do you prefer catalog/online shopping or actually being in the store?
Posted by Answers CommunityCatalog or online shopping never bothered me till they started charging a fee for returned items. Now if I don’t like the item and want to return it, I am charged for it. However, the clothes in the store take forever to go through. Online/catalog everything is nice, neat and easy to get to.

When you go to a store, you try on the item to see how it fits and how the colour and style. You buy the item and there is little chance that you will return it.
When you purchase online, there are a high percentage of returns. That is expensive for the store. Therefore, they are trying to discourage you from ordering a variety of items, trying them on at home and returning whatever you do not want. They want you to think about the item and not order it if there is a chance you might want to return it.
If possible, try on similar items in the store and then, if you prefer, oder the items online
