A woman is suing United airlines after being left alone in a plane for about four hours sleeping after her red-eye flight landed at Philadelphia International Airport. 36 year-old Ginger McGuire of Ferndale, Michigan is suing for negligence, false imprisonment, and infliction of emotional distress, according to Geoffrey Fieger, her attorney.
