How do i overcome my addiction?

I am addicted to yahoo answers. i am dead serious. I can help answering questions and asking a few. I waste hours at night looking at questions. I am losing my sleep and getting stressed out. Please help me out and tell me how to overcome this addiction.

My computer freezes whenever i start a video call on IMs?

Whenever i start a video call/ web cam/voice call on live messenger, skype, google talk, yahoo messenger, my computer totally freezes, and gives an echo. I have to restart it manually. Sometimes it comes with a blue screen, and it restarts itself.

How to develop or improve communication and interpersonal skills for a quiet/introvert person?

Someone answered my question from yahoo answer that state a quiet persons do not have interpersonal skill and communication skill and employers don't want them. Is that true?
In other words, extrovert or talkative people have those skills? And extrovert or talkative people will be hired by employers who need these skills?
