Does everybody have a dozen or so different interests and is each one an entirely different niche? Does everybody create a separate blog for each of these niches/interests? When I first built a web site for myself I wanted a blog where I could write about everything that happens in my life. Now my interests are business, marketing, computers and life but these four items are the sub niches of my main niche of myself.
Expert Author: Jeffrey A Solochek | Category: Politics Every year in October the Stock Market has a setback called Black Monday. The reason for this is the pricing has inflated over the past year and all of a sudden the market gets a slap in the face and the pricing goes down to a more realistic value. The economy is now going through a black Monday cycle which has escalated into a giant chain reaction.
Expert Author: Jeffrey A Solochek | Category: Psychology Up until today, I would look at some type of promotion event that would get my a lot of new subscribers and then I would have to come up with a product real quick and then create the squeeze page and the download page. Instaed, I should have first spent my time creating a product and then putting together the web pages and then after everything was completed looking for a giveaway event where I could sign up as a contributor.
Expert Author: Jeffrey A Solochek | Category: Religion I heard that we have found a wooly mamouth frozen in the ice. Our scientists say that it will be possible to clone this wooly mamouth because there is still DNA that is intact. Jurassic Park here we come. What about the possibility of getting blood from these mosquitoes that are now in this sap like in the movie? Could we then clone all these dinosaurs using this technology? Bones have DNA, right? Why can't we get DNA from prehistoric bones that have been found. So what if the DNA is not 1005, couldn't we do something like they did in the movie?
Expert Author: Jeffrey A Solochek | Category: Psychology Over the years a lot of things, bad habits, have remained unchanged in my life and I finally figured out exactly why. For over 10 years I've had a bad drug problem and each time I would have a night of drugs at the end I would say to myself"Next time will be better, Next time I will do this differently, next time I won't do this" Which made it impossible to move on with my life because I was always thinking about "Next Time".
I wanted to use a friend adder site like Friendstorm but even though MySpace allows you to find friends by their genre or hobby the third party friend adder sites do not have this feature. MySpace can be a great place for any type of marketer to get an audience of people of a specific interest but it would take somebody forever using the actual MySpace site because of the limitations they impose. This is where my research started. I looked at all the apps and scripts that exist today but none of them provided what I was looking for.
Do you want to live and work in China? What about India? This may be our only answer to finding work. A lot of US companies are now choosing to outsource their labor to countries like China and India because they get somebody who will work for a lot less and they don't have to give that person anything like benefits. There should be a penalty for a company that decides to forfeit US jobs to get cheaper help but our government has not done this. Try calling up tech support for some product that you own, chances are you will be talking to one of these outsourced laborers. I call it English without any accent.
Expert Author: Jeffrey A Solochek | Category: Psychology I am now 42 years old and often times in my life I have thought to myself "I should have a lot more in my life at 42". It seems to me that my life has pretty much been one large chain reaction of bad things. Now I have had a few successes in the last 42 years but most them have been short lived. I used to joke that I could say on national TV my life story and people would cry at first and then those people would start laughing their butts off when they realize that their life has not had nearly as many bad breaks as mine.
Have you ever noticed that the sites that have the highest SERP are usually these one page sites that are either a salespage or a site that is offering some free report? My original site while having some great information had lousy had lousy SERP. I have now created a new landing page using this free squeeze page generator that another site offered.. My URL and my Title Tag are 2 very different things. My URL is NoSugarCoating while my Title Tag is "FREE Scan and Removal ". My Title Tag is not four separate keywords but instead it is a long tail keyword phrase.
A Job is something you do to help pay your way through life. You don't love a job you may not even like your job but you need to do it so that you can pay your way through life. There are people out there that may even have 2 or more jobs these days and they may not like any of them but yet they keep on doing it day after day.
Expert Author: Jeffrey A Solochek | Category: Science When I was growing up everybody had a TV with maybe 5 or 6 channels. There wasn't anything known as cable TV. At my house we got channels 4, 6, 10, 12 and 18. Later on we also got channel 17 which was Fox TV. I can remember when I first heard about HBO which was a box that only got you HBO and nothing else. That privelage would cost a household maybe $50.
MySpace has over 300 million registered users and this number if growing by several hundred thousand per day. MySpace has some tools like a friend adder, blog poster, message sender but are these tools any good. What about the tools that these third party developers have created, MySpace Bots?
Expert Author: Jeffrey A Solochek | Category: Software This morning as I was going through my inbox I saw an email from a marketer about this software called ForumEqualizer. Now in the old days I would have just gone to the site and saw a use for the software and then went ahead and purchased it. After spending a fortune during the last 10 years I now do things a bit more frugally.
Expert Author: Jeffrey A Solochek | Category: Psychology You go out of your way to do something nice for someone and the only thing you expect in return is to hear the person utter these 2 simple words "Thank You". I enjoy being able to offer my assistance to others and I do so without ever expecting anything in return but it sure would be nice just to hear those 2 simple words every once in awhile. Unfortunately I will only hear this maybe 1 out of 10 things that I do.
One of my subscribers / Friends in Malaysia has created a great all in one solution for marketing on sites like MySpace. I have used lots of other software for this in the past and the greatest common denominator has been that there was always all these separate programs I had to run.
Since everyone in the world is spending more and more time on the net social networks are what is needed, they are like neighborhoods on the net.
Expert Author: Jeffrey A Solochek | Category: Business I work for a company remotely and they have a web site but if anything it is based on the technology of maybe Web 0.5. None of the employees have any way to interact and to compare notes on what in the job works best for them. I have suggested they create a forum but I am told that it is not in the future of the company. The reason a site like MySpace does so well is because they endorse interaction with its members.
Why does everybody think it is so necessary to have a domain name ending with .com ? Why not get a dot info, or dot ws, or some other dot something other than dot com. These others are so much more affordable. With the proper SEO and by submitting articles and posting comments you can still get a damn high Page Rank and still rank high for your keyword choices.
Why is everbody only wanting to try and market on Myspace? There are so many other Grapevine sites out there like MySpace. Have you read the terms of service on MySpace? Talk about rules like another Nazi Gemany. There is rules forbidding everything in their TOS. I have done some research on social networking sites and visited them. I am so surprised that no one is trying to do any sort of marketing on them. These are all virgin territory.
Everybody and every place is now doing it. Hell, you can even get online access at McDonald's and Burger King. There is a small charge at these 2 places but Panera Bread offers it for free to customers. I have always told people in the past that if they want to get online and don't have internet access at home then they should visit their local library. Pretty soon, while going to the bathroom, you will be able to access the internet.
