To run baby a warm bath and put backing soda in the water. Let the baking soda dissolve and let baby soak it the water for about 15 minutes. When you get baby out of the bath let him go without a diaper for about 10-15 minutes to allow the area to dry. Then apply Flanders Ointment and put babies diaper on. I usually do this at night right before my son went to bed and when he wakes up the diaper rash is gone.

A hiccup is a muscle spasm of the diaphram muscle, which separates the lungs from your stomach. The muscle goes into a spasm and forces the air out of the lungs, creating a hiccup. The best way to stop the spasm is to totally relax your body. Take a deep inhale, hold it for a few seconds and blow out slowly. Ideally, if you can have someone stand behind you, placing their hands on your midsection and hold down the muscle while you do this, it works a lot faster. If the first time it doesn't work, try again.

The first thing to take into consideration is just where the baggy eyes have come from. There are actually several sources that could be the cause of your puffy eyes. Use a popular brand of toothpaste formulated specifically for sensitive teeth. Use it as a paste and apply to the aching tooth. Cover with a 1x1 inch folded piece of kleenex (or anything else that might work well) and keep it there folded in half (half against back of tooth and half against front), trying not to spread the toothpaste beyond the tooth itself as the toothpaste can cause gums to "peel" if on too long. Let the kleenex-covered toothpaste sit on affected tooth for about ten minutes. Remove kleenex. No need to rinse, but you can if you prefer to.

One organic method used to get rid of poison ivy is to pull it out by the roots. The roots must be disposed of; do not burn! Inhaling fumes from burning poison ivy causes far greater health problems than just the rash caused by skin contact. Another natural method is to get rid of poison ivy by smothering it. Smothering entails cutting it back close to the ground, then placing newspapers, cardboard, old carpeting, tarps, mulch or some other covering on top of it.

Rest the injury initially, and then re-introduce movement so you don't lose too much muscle strength. Ice packs or a bag of frozen peas wrapped in a towel should be applied to your ankle to reduce swelling and bruising. You could also immerse your ankle in ice. You should not apply ice directly to your skin as it can give you an "ice burn" - place a cloth between the ice and skin.
