There were clams, crab, shrimp...I wasn't in the mood for barbecue today. I can eat as much barbecue as my stomach can handle once I get back to Sac. I'll head straight for A Southern Komfort Cafe. This is where you can find some of your favorite dishes. Also, there is Soul Food on the menu, so if you are from down South, you may be satisfied with the Gumbo, Jumbalaya, and collard greens that are etched onto the menu.

Salsa is the most popular condiment in the United States. It's as healthy for you as it is versatile.

The grill is the most important equipment for barbecuing. It is consist of a cooking surface that is typically made of porcelain-covered metal grid, or parallel metal bars that are placed over a fuel source that is capable of generating intense heat, which makes anything you cook tender.
