I have been presenting my automotive dealers a new toy I picked up that display college floor mats. As the dealers are eager to increase sales and will try anything new; the program has been a sensation. There are so many pro and college football fans and they love to represent their team. Face it we all have cars and mostly have cheap auto mats. I live on the beach so we are constantly tracking something into the car. The Minimum Loss Ratio (MLR) mandate contained within the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act of 2010 (PPACA) has created a myriad of compliance requirements for health plans.
