Nobody likes to receive a complaint but if you are in the business of providing a product or service, then they are inevitable. It is impossible to please everybody all of the time. The best way to combat it is to view a customer complaint as an opportunity to achieve something positive. After all, a complaint that is handled efficiently and resolved amicably will no doubt have a more favoured impact on your reputation than one that ends badly. It can also be an opportunity to turn an unhappy customer into a loyal one; this can only happen if you have the knowledge on how best to approach, deal with and resolve a complaint.

We have been condition to think that we are no good for anything we attempt to do or try, sometimes we have to pay attention to who do we hang around, because they can be the reason your self-confidence is beaten. Change and do not let anybody stop you.

The last thing we want to hear during our work day is complaints from customers. However, it does come with the territory. Here are a few tips on how to turn your customer's complaint into a positive.

No matter how large or how small your cleaning business is, there is going to come a time when you answer the phone and find a customer on the other end who has a complaint. How you handle that complaint can have either a positive or negative impact on your business.
