Being the mirror, the barometer of an individual's health, skin is the clue to one's Ayurvedic constitution i.e. vata, pitta and kapha. This can be better understood by the types of skin an individual possesses.

Now for a little history quiz. Where are the words, "separation of Church and State" in the Constitution? Are they in one of the articles or in one of the Bill of Rights amendments? Wrong! The phrase is not in any article of the Constitution, and it is not in the Bill of Rights either.

As in many Western nations, the “supreme law” in Canada is its Constitution, which is a combination of both codified and uncodified acts, conventional practices and traditions. The Constitution Act, 1867, which was originally known as the British North America Act, provides the core of the Canadian Constitution and describes the structure and workings of government at the federal and provincial levels, among other things. The Constitution Act, 1982, including the Charter of Rights and Freedoms that functions as an “embedded” bill of rights, is also an integral part of the nation’s Constitution.

The French presidential election drew a lot of ink this year not only in France but also abroad. The international press portrayed Mr. SARKOZY as being "the actor of a renewal for France...". Even if the new French president was warmly congratulated by his European peers, they are still expectant of him on important matters such as the European constitution, Turkey's European membership...

In 2006, my family and I traveled Philadelphia to visit the birthplace of the Constitution. Naturally, the visit inspired us. We witnessed the long conveyor belts of newly minted coins at the U.S. Mint; we saw the Liberty Bell's crack (which, incidentally, was caused when trying to fix a larger crack); and we walked the footsteps of the Founding Fathers at Independence Square.

You will always know a leader when you see one. Leaders, you see, announce themselves, just as naturally as they step forward the instant they perceive that something should be done in a certain situation when nothing is being done. So it is with Internet Marketing advertising today, it is, in a word, a "mess" waiting to be cleaned up, so an Internet Police Patrol may be in order.

Like it or not, sobriety checkpoints are here to stay. But a nagging question remains; are they legal?

It’s America all over again. A few people decided to meet in a small room in Philadelphia to say they had enough British tyranny. A few people risked everything to turn Boston Harbor into a giant pot of tea. A few people have checked the constitution and have found a hitch in the outcome of the 2008...

At first the infant should be washed daily with warm water; and a bath every night, for the purpose of thoroughly cleaning the body, is highly necessary. To bathe a delicate infant of a few days or even weeks old in cold water with a view "to harden" the constitution (as it is called), is the most effectual way to undermine its health and entail future disease.

It would be a difficult task today to find an American who is proud of our Federal Government. Rampant corruption permeates the Democratic and Republican parties and it seems the judicial branch is motivated more by politics and ideology than constitution. It is a terrifying time in America; our federal leaders have decided they know what's best for us and have turned a deaf ear. It's not an Obama failure or a Bush failure.

Italian food encompasses a wide variety of traditional and modern cuisines. One of the main benefits that Italian food has over that from other parts of the world is its healthy constitution, so improves the overall taste.

A theorist is someone who holds and expounds a theory. Often the elements of the theory are expostulated on things that may never be known. Was there another shooter on the grassy knoll, where is Osama Bin Laden? Those trying to vet Obama even post inaugural are not trying to prove a theory.

If you or your child has autism, some of the most basic things you can study and learn are your rights. Every American citizen is protected under the constitution, and there are special laws that have been passed to help protect people with autism and other disabilities. By knowing the laws that protect you or your autistic loved ones, you can live in a world that provides better opportunities to everyone, regardless of not only disability, but also race, gender, and ethnicity. This is simply the first step to creating a more tolerant world in general.

Deficiency of milk may exist even at a very early period after delivery, and yet be removed. This, however, is not to be accomplished by the means too frequently resorted to; for it is the custom with many, two or three weeks after their confinement, if the supply of nourishment for the infant is scanty, to partake largely of malt liquor for its increase. Sooner or later this will be found injurious to the constitution of the mother: but how, then, is this deficiency to be obviated? Let the nurse keep but in good health, and this point gained, the milk, both as to quantity and quality, will be as ample, nutritious, and good, as can be produced by the individual.
