If you are a severe snorer it's likely that you have at this stage tried everything in you're power to stop snoring and it is likely that you have failed. Snoring means noisy breathing through the mouth or nose during the time one is sleeping. If you are a quiet sleeper, the unhindered air will pass from your nose and throat to your lungs silently.
