And there is the fourth stage which is supposed to be your permanent diet.

The HCG program seems to have all angles covered. There is the diet to activate the metabolism changing and hunger fangs suppressing properties of the HCG hormone and there is the the 3-day calorie period to prevent the energized metabolism from eating into muscles, and prevent the dieter from running out of energy.

The HCg weight loss program promises fast elimination of unwanted excess pounds, one to two pounds a day. Perhaps, no other will promise such a thing. Naturally a lot of people are attracted, but they should evaluate the program carefully and not hope the promise turns out to be true.

It doesn't matter which diet you're following or how much weight you want to lose, knowing what you can eat is one of the most important factors to a dieter. And why shouldn't that be one of the decisive criteria? We need food to fuel our day, and we hear over and over that we can lose weight while enjoying foods we love. So is this true for Jenny Craig?
