Gas pizza ovens bake using conventional radiant heat provided by burners located on the bottom of the oven cavity. The heated deck crisply cooks the bottom of the pizza while the radiant heat in the shallow cavity cooks the rest. The 7" height of the cavity helps equalize cooking time between toppings and crust.

If you want to take your cooking skills up another notch then it might be time to look at changing to a gas stove.

Gas stoves are the preferred choice of professional cooks for the simple reason that they offer more flexibility.

The heat adjustments are more accurate and instant.
If you turn the gas down, the heat will lower immediately, unlike an electric stove that will take time to cool down to the lower heat setting.

Convection ovens or fan ovens or turbo ovens augment a traditional oven by circulating heated air using a fan. The fan motor is in a separate enclosure, to protect it from overheating and melting any plastic components including wire insulation. Food warms faster in a convection oven, because the moving air strips away the thin layer of air which otherwise would surround and insulate the food. This is the same physical phenomenon which causes wind chill.

When you go to purchase a microwave oven, the choices can be overwhelming. Before you begin shopping for a microwave, it is important to know exactly what you want and need your new oven to do. Here are some points to consider before purchasing.

Convection ovens use a fan mounted in the oven wall, forcing the heated air in the cavity to move around. The forced air pushes aside the bubble of colder air that surrounds the food item, reducing the cooking time. More even cooking is achieved by the constant current of heated air around all sides of the food. And unlike conventional ovens, multiple food items cook evenly in convection ovens due to the fan's removal of hot and cold spots.

The basic principle of bread getting into the slot, slot gets hot, toast pops out is easy enough to follow, but what's really going on beneath the toaster cover is a bit more complex and quite interesting to understand.
