They're everywhere - you see them on the roads holding signs for the Dept. of Transportation, reading your gas meter, installing telephone lines, delivering your UPS packages, and even going to war in Afghanistan and Iraq, but what has not changed - based on current statistics, is the disparity in salaries between men and women doing the same jobs on the home front.

Today, in our society, disabled people have various rights that must be respected. Especially in the employment field, they should be given equal opportunities to be able to have their own source of finances to sustain a decent living.

The most important anti-harassment policy is always prevention. One of the best ways of handling sexual harassment is having a clearly written policy stating that sexual harassment is not tolerated. This policy should clearly assure complainants would not be treated negatively for making a claim of harassment. An anti-harassment policy is not effective without such assurance.

"Women are the glory of creation", as the saying goes. Hence, they must be treated fairly in all fields of activity, particularly in matters of employment. Indifference from treatment may appear to be only an ideal, but mind you, this should be so, especially when women are capable and able to do any job the same as man can do.
