“There is only one health paradigm, but many disease anomalies!” So declares Robert O. Becker, M.D. in the opening chapter of his book, THE BODY ELECTRIC (New York: William Morrow, 1985). He maintains that electromagnetism is the very foundation of life itself in all things living.

Generally, optics is a branch of physics (science) that deals with the nature, behavior and properties of light. Optics is also the study of interaction of light with other matter. It is also regarded as the sub-field of electromagnetism because scientifically, light is an electromagnetic wave. Applied optical sciences are often called optical engineering. Classical optics and modern optics are the two major categories of optics.

Electrical engineering is a field of engineering that generally deals with the study and application of electricity, electronics and electromagnetism. The field first became an identifiable occupation in the late nineteenth century after commercialization of the electric telegraph and electrical power supply. It now covers a range of subtopics including power, electronics, control systems, signal processing and telecommunications.

"Opposites attract" is a law of attraction, at least where electromagnetism is concerned. But are there laws about attraction between two people? "In a world that is full of strangers" as a line in a famous song of the 1980's goes, is there a clear set of rules that allows two people to fall for each other?

A black hole is nothing more than a space in the universe where atoms cannot survive.

A wind turbine generator is the device responsible for converting raw wind power into electricity. This takes place when the rotational movement generated by the blades enters the generator through the shaft. There, the rotation helps to create an electromagnetic field that produces electrical power at a maximum of hundreds of volts.

Scientists had not yet explained scientifically the phenomenon of gravity. A new Faraday may have come out with the answer?

The first metal detector was created in 1881 by Alexander Graham Bell to detect the bullet lodged in the body of President James Garfield when he was assassinated. The first portable version was patented in 1931 by Fischer. Since then, this instrument has become very common. Here are some insights on the workings of metal detectors.

A Metal Detector is a device that responds to metal that may not be readily apparent. The simplest form of a metal detector consists of an oscillator producing an alternating current that passes through a coil producing an alternating magnetic field. If a piece of electrically conductive metal is close to the coil, eddy currents will be induced in the metal, and this produces an alternating magnetic field of its own. If another coil is used to measure the magnetic field (acting as a magnetometer), the change in the magnetic field due to the metallic object can be detected.

Materialists believe that all the energy and matter in the universe is governed by physical laws. Since evolution presumes materialism is all there is, and denies the quite evident presences of free will their foundation crumbles. Your free choice to believe in evolution would be the very act that denies its validity.

Radio is a technology that transmits data to a remote point where a receiver detects the simple without the use of wire. Radio is thought to be AM or FM stations in terms of common glossary. In fact, radio waves are also used for receiving and sending data waves like satellite broadcasts, Bluetooth devices and wifi networks.

This article sets out to throw some light on why people are attracted to each other. Is a female attracted because of certain odors that are given off by the male or is there another reason such as personality traits. Shared values, dreams and philosophy of life also matter in the mating game. The state of health such as physical, emotional, psychological and spiritual are also important factors. Good health for its own sake is the best option.

Science has reached an enormous impasse. From biology to physics, astronomy to genetics, the scientific community is reaching the limits of understanding which often presage a complete rethinking of long-accepted theories. So characteristic of this new apex of modern arrogance is the inability to comprehend the obvious in physics: That we don't know what we are talking about.

Scientific inquiry can be described as a sequence of observations leading to a hypothesis which must be tested by experimentation. The results either validate or invalidate the hypothesis which was under test. Unfortunately, the interpretation of the data sometimes does not elucidate some new truth but rather eclipses our thoughts into a new era of ignorance.

Theoretical cosmologists spend much of their time perfecting what is now known as the 'Big Bang' theory. This concept originates from ideas percolating in the minds of scientists, theologians and astronomers down through the ages. However, much of what they consider as proof for the 'Big Bang' is dependent upon uncontrolled experimentation that is molded to meet their expectations.

Modern scientists adopted the ancient concept of the ether to explain the fundamental nature of the universe. Einstein allegedly dethroned the ether concept with his space time continuum. In spite of this, we might have to revisit the ether concept.
