You can't be really alive and not have had some kind of trauma in your life of some sort. It really doesn't have to be on a massive scale either to be effecting you. In fact you may not even know that it's even there. If you are like me and I think there's a lot of you out there, then I grew up with an attitude that if I got angry, or sad, or frustrated, well then I wasn't really supposed to express those emotions, so I just stuffed them in. Then when some more emotions that came up about the emotions that I just stuffed, I would stuff that stuff down there too.
