The United Nations, actually ruled by Arab and Third World dictatorships, fails in its duties. There is no distinction between aggressor and defender. The Democratic states are voted out and the rules are changed. Genocide is almost an internal affair of the respective states and terrorism is not considered as an aggressive deed, but as an action of a liberation group.
